God’s Pantry is the largest food bank in Los Angeles County, led and operated by formerly incarcerated and gang-affiliated individuals.

Every year, we empower over 200 individuals from underserved communities by providing them with employment opportunities and a path to healing. Our team distributes free groceries to more than 10,000 families across Los Angeles County every single month. Through this work, we help our trainees rediscover their sense of purpose and rebuild their lives by serving the common good of the communities we support.

God’s Pantry is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, utilizing a blend of donations and partnerships to fund our mission. Since our founding, we have been committed to providing transformative services that help formerly incarcerated individuals re-enter society as productive, contributing members.
